The White Glove Service provides you, the customer, with a packaging and pickup solution for your retired devices. Tech Defenders will arrive on-site, package up the products for safe shipment, and remove them from your facility.

You will need a representative on site to guide our team through buildings and answer any questions on the pickup our team may have. This process is very helpful with a large quantity of devices as our team can package up to 5,000 devices in one day.

The White Glove Pickup Service is a great option for schools/businesses that do not have the time to package devices, have very large batches, have very high end or expensive equipment, or simply do not want the hassle of wrapping and boxing their devices.
