What is the process once I’ve signed the quote?
After the quote has been signed, if you have not confirmed which shipping option you will choose, please do so by contacting your rep or emailing k12sales@techdefenders.com. Once confirmed, your rep will introduce to you to a logistics specialist and the logistics process will begin.
Please take the time to ensure that the devices have been unlocked by your school. See here for a guide to unlocking your devices.
The Logistics Process
- Our logistics representative will be in contact with you to get all the details needed for your specific buyback
- Packing & shipping materials will be sent to your facility, if needed.
- Once the materials have arrived our logistics team will coordinate a date for pickup. If you choose white glove, then they will contact you regarding a day to schedule the pickup
- After the devices have arrived at our facility they will go through a detailed inspection process to receive a grade A - F. Once each device has been carefully inspected, a reconciliation report will be issued detailing the total dollar amount offered for the buyback.
The entire process takes about 60 days if all devices are received unlocked. If devices are locked, expect delays.
