What are my shipping options?

We offer two options for sending devices into our facility:

1. FedEx Ground - We have partnered with Fedex to offer complimentary ground shipping for devices undergoing our Buyback process. If Fedex ground shipping is selected for your shipping option, our team will work with you to schedule a time for FedEx to pick up your devices. 

2. White Glove - We also offer a White Glove Pickup service where our team will schedule a time to personally come package and pick up your devices. This service is an additional cost, but takes the manual work out of it.
