How do I manage multiple schools or shipping addresses in my account?

The buildings option in repairWATCH is a great way to manage your school devices. Each building profile has its own shipping address, a  list of devices, users, and managers assigned to that specific building.

Using the building tab to organize your data is a great tool for schools with multiple buildings and/or locations. Assign a manager to their specific building so you know which tech specialist works at which building. 

To view all the details of a building, click on the ‘Buildings’ tab, and click the eyeball icon to view the building profile. 

DEVICES: Once in the profile, you can click ‘Devices’ to see a list of all devices in that building. 

USERS: Click the ‘Users’ tab to see all the students/faculty assigned to a device in that building. 

MANAGERS: Click the ‘Managers’ tab to see all the techs you have assigned to a specific building if you have multiple staff in your IT department assigned to specific schools or buildings within your school or district.
