How can I control the amount I’m willing to pay for each repair?
If you have a limit to the amount you are willing to spend on individual repairs, let us know.
Adding a repair cap to your account will ensure your repairs don’t go over a set price. The only way to set this limit is to email support@techdefenders.com. Once a repair cap is implemented, our Relationship Managers will reach out if the repair is estimated to go over, before pursuing.
We generally recommend that the repair cap is no lower than $30 over the base rate to prevent slower turnaround times.
