Can you edit a repair after sending it in?
If you need to make changes to a repair after it has shipped out of your school, you will need to contact us.
While this does happen from time to time, unfortunately, you cannot edit a repair after the device has been batched into a shipment. However, we are happy to make any adjustments to the repair for you, just email your Relationship Managers at support@techdefenders.com, we will be able to adjust the repair for you.
